SFMC
As the Creative Manager at SFMC, I was tasked with creating and maintaining a recognizable identity for all publications under the SFMC umbrella. This involved maintaining close communication with all organizations, brands, and businesses represented by its publications. By setting direction and dictating layout for print and digital advertisements, in collaboration with a large sales team and customers, we achieved an effective, clear, and functional design.

SFWEEKLY EXAMINER
Newspaper ads remain a type of advertising that customers, organizations, and businesses consider when planning their campaigns. This opportunity enabled me to collaborate with a diverse array of clients. Additionally, it provided me with valuable management experience. At SFMC, I led a team of four designers, working in conjunction with the sales to meet customer needs. Our objective was to deliver an outstanding product that would leave our customers highly satisfied.

NEWS STANDS
As part of extended advertising campaigns, companies would 'wrap' newsstands all over San Francisco. I was responsible for working directly with the printer to set up and adjust existing graphics, and creating brand new designs when clients didn’t have their own.

BIG CLIENTS
My role in this project was to develop a completely new ad campaign for Sterling Bank and Trust. Guidelines were established to provide a foundation for all ads and products to follow. These guidelines have since been implemented, resulting in the creation of direct mail campaigns, event materials, printed stationery, and sales material for the San Francisco Examiner as well as Sterling Bank and Trust using some for their own additional needs.

ADS
From The Examiner to SF Weekly, AfterDark to SF Evergreen, and across all BSCSF and CBMS clubs, the online realm was bustling with activity. My role? Spearheading the creation and oversight of an array of captivating web ads that would leave a lasting impression.
